In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and efficient communicator at the front desk, connecting customers with our expert mechanics and service technicians. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail help create a positive experience for every client, ensuring their vehicle needs are met with professionalism and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive industry skills while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Assist customers with scheduling appointments, explaining services, and upselling additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate Prepare detailed estimates using estimating software, including auto repair, scheduled maintenance and automotive diagnostics Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to relay customer requests and ensure timely completion of repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, engine tune ups and other automotive repairs Manage cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced register Communicate clearly with clients about vehicle diagnostics, estimated costs, and recommended services to promote customer satisfaction and trust Support the repair shop's auto service management by maintaining organized records of work orders, filing warranty claims and submitting paperwork for various reimbursements Light cleaning and organizing on a daily basis Good attendance and being focused during work hours Experience Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided estimating tools is advantageous Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is essential for building rapport with clients Basic driving skills and clean driving record are required for test drives or transporting customers to work Knowledge of auto repair procedures is beneficial Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care while fostering your growth in the industry.
