We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Technician with strong diagnostic ability, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with European vehicles. In this role, you'll serve as the go-to expert in the shop—handling complex diagnostics, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high standards of repair and efficiency are met daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of European makes and models. Lead and mentor a team of technicians; provide training and support as needed. Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repair estimates and customer satisfaction. Maintain high-quality repair standards in line with manufacturer specifications. Stay up to date with the latest technical information and repair procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional automotive technician experience (European vehicle experience strongly preferred ). ASE Master Certification or equivalent manufacturer training (preferred but not required). Deep understanding of European diagnostic systems, tools, and repair procedures. Proven leadership or foreman-level experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must own professional-grade tools suitable for European vehicle repair.
