WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Managing the customer experience from drop-off to delivery Answering phones and turning calls into appointments Building and presenting estimates Selling needed work with integrity Communicating with technicians and controlling workflow Keeping every vehicle moving—no stalled jobs Updating customers consistently

WHAT WE EXPECT

Strong communication skills (this is #1) Ability to sell without being pushy Organized and detail-oriented Can handle pressure and multitask Takes responsibility and takes the lead Works well with technicians and leads the front of the shop This is not a "sit behind the desk" job—this is a leadership role

AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE

Service advisor experience preferred Sales experience is a BIG plus Must have some basic automotive knowledge
