• Part-Time, Flexible Shifts CarWash365 is launching in Miami and hiring dependable part-time On-Site Car Wash Technicians to provide high-quality vehicle care at luxury residential properties and select corporate locations.

This is not a traditional car wash or door-to-door mobile detailing role. Technicians report to an assigned property and service multiple vehicles onsite during a scheduled shift using CarWash365 equipment, supplies and procedures. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, show up when promised and can be trusted to work independently around residents, property teams and luxury vehicles. Professional car-wash or detailing experience is not required. We provide paid training. Reliability, professionalism, attention to detail and coachability matter most. Compensation and Schedule

• $16
• 17 per hour, based on experience and performance
• Part-time W-2 employment
• Paid training
• Approximately 5-15 hours per week initially, with opportunities for additional shifts as Miami grows
• Daytime, evening and late-night shifts available
• Residential service windows are generally between 7:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.; individual shifts are typically shorter
• Applicants may indicate availability for daytime shifts, evening shifts or both
• Technicians can accept available shifts based on their availability
• No guaranteed minimum number of hours Responsibilities
• Perform exterior hand washes and interior vehicle cleaning to CarWash365 standards
• Follow all company service, safety and operational procedures
• Inspect each vehicle and submit required before-and-after photos through the CarWash365 app
• Maintain company equipment, supplies and gear
• Communicate promptly and clearly with the operations team
• Arrive on time and complete assigned vehicles to company standards
• Represent CarWash365 professionally around residents, clients, property employees and luxury vehicles
• Immediately report any vehicle, property, access or safety concerns Requirements
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal transportation to reach assigned properties
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable smartphone with cellular data
• Consistent availability for the shifts you accept
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to stand, bend and perform physical work for several hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and clear communication
• Willingness to complete a background check
• Ability to communicate in English sufficiently to use the app, follow instructions and report operational concerns

You do not need to be an experienced detailer, but you must be willing to learn our process, accept feedback and consistently report for the shifts you claim. Growth Opportunity CarWash365 is building its founding Miami team. Technicians who demonstrate exceptional reliability, quality and leadership will have priority opportunities to train new team members and step into supervisory positions as the market expands. We are also evaluating candidates for a founding Lead Technician position.
