Quick Lube Technician (Entry Level) Maus Automotive Group is seeking motivated, dependable Quick Lube Technicians to join our growing service teams across all four of our dealership locations. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company participation Career growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and support What You'll Do As a Quick Lube Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our customers safe and on the road by: Performing oil changes and routine maintenance on all makes and models Completing multi-point vehicle inspections Accurately documenting findings and communicating with Service Advisors Recommending maintenance based on vehicle condition Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards Delivering vehicles back to customers in better condition than received What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are: Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Customer-service minded and team-oriented Interested in growing within the automotive service field Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Maus Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
