Automotive Master Tech

Duties Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including powertrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Perform engine repairs and maintain vehicle systems using schematics and diagnostic tools Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently Interpret automotive schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues accurately Lead maintenance procedures on various vehicle components ensuring safety standards are met or exceeded Provide expert guidance on vehicle maintenance plans, including diagnostics for vehicles and other makes/models Support team members with technical training and mentorship to foster skill development within the shop Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in mechanical systems and diagnostics Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance procedures Proficiency in reading schematics and automotive wiring diagrams for troubleshooting complex issues Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools safely and effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Mechanic experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is highly preferred Certification as an Automotive Service Technician or Master Technician is strongly desired Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certifications are a plus Join us to elevate your career as an Automotive Master Tech!
