We're looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician / Team Lead who can confidently diagnose complex vehicle issues, support fellow technicians, and help drive shop productivity while delivering an outstanding customer experience. What We Offer Competitive Hourly Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 5 Paid Holidays Closed Evenings & Sundays for Better Work-Life Balance Career Growth Opportunities Established Customer Base Supportive Team Environment Consistent Workflow Responsibilities Diagnose and repair: Engine performance and driveability concerns Brake systems Steering and suspension systems Electrical and computer systems Air conditioning systems General maintenance and repair items Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs Assist and mentor other technicians Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers and advisors Maintain productivity, efficiency, and repair quality Help keep the shop clean, safe, and organized Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills ASE Certifications preferred (A1-A8 strongly preferred) EPA Section 609 Certification required State Inspection License (if applicable) Leadership mentality with strong teamwork and communication skills Valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly Stand, bend, stoop, and work in a fast-paced shop environment Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to automotive chemicals and shop equipment About Precision Tune Auto Care Precision Tune Auto Care is a nationally recognized automotive service franchise focused on honesty, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
