John Lee Nissan Mazda Mitsubishi your locally owned and operated automotive dealership in Panama City is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Consultant to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for automobiles, and can provide exceptional customer service while keeping repairs organized and moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle repair and service needs Write and manage repair orders Communicate repair recommendations and updates clearly to customers Coordinate with technicians and the service department Contact and work with warranty companies and extended service contract providers Obtain authorization for covered repairs Collect customer payments and close repair orders Schedule appointments and follow up with customers Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information Help ensure every customer has a positive service experience Perform other duties as needed to support the service department

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Automotive service or dealership experience preferred Franchise dealership experience is a plus, but NOT required Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing vehicle repairs and costs with customers Basic computer skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Join Us?
