This is a field-based role for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality paint and body repairs directly at customer locations. You'll enjoy the independence of working on the road, a consistent flow of appointments, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business.
Service Area:
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hialeah, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint touch-ups at customer locations. Complete dent repairs, bumper repairs, panel replacement, paint touch-ups, and cosmetic refinishing. Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, priming, and paint application. Match paint colours accurately and ensure a high-quality finish. Maintain and upkeep of tools, equipment, and company service vehicle. Offer courteous and professional service to all clients. Manage daily schedules and service routes efficiently to optimize service delivery. Document completed repairs and report progress as needed. Requirements 3+ years of experience in automotive paint and body repair. Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and repair techniques. Experience with dent removal, paint blending, refinishing, and cosmetic repairs. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications`]:
Formal certification or training in automotive paint and body repair. Experience using the latest paint technologies and materials.
