Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs and modifications. Service vehicles by performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems effectively. Repair or replace ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components to ensure vehicle safety features are fully operational. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with auto estimating processes by accurately assessing repair needs and communicating findings to the service team. Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed in accordance with dealership standards and safety regulations. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is highly desirable. Skilled in working with ADAS technology, transmissions, powertrain components, and diesel engine repair. Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, brake work, wheel alignments, and general service repairs. Service technician experience demonstrating the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Familiarity with auto estimating software for accurate repair assessments.
