RV Service Coordinator Coastal Oasis RV Solutions Port Saint Lucie, FL Job Details Full-time $15 - $20 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Phone communication Desktop applications Productivity software Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for customers calling or emailing about repair needs, scheduling, and status updates Coordinate and dispatch technician schedules across a 50-mile service radius, balancing drive time, job length, and appointment windows Communicate with technicians in the field to relay job details, parts needs, and customer information Prepare and send repair estimates and invoices Process and track manufacturer/extended warranty claims and documentation Maintain accurate customer and job records (service history, warranty status, billing) Handle billing and payment collection Assist with day-to-day admin tasks that keep the business running smoothly Requirements Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a schedule with multiple moving parts Excellent phone and written communication skills; customer-facing experience preferred Comfortable with basic office software Ability to work independently and stay on top of follow-ups without close supervision RV industry, dealership, or service-coordination background is a plus but not required
