Job Description
On the Go RV Pros is a rapidly growing RV repair, inspection, and solar company seeking an experienced RV Technician to join our professional team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy solving problems, and want to work for a company that values its technicians, we'd love to hear from you. Role Travel to client locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems while providing exceptional customer service. You'll enjoy the independence of working in the field while being backed by a supportive office team committed to your success. Requirements Previous RV repair experience required Current RV Technician Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment Own standard RV technician tools (specialty tools provided as needed) Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Ability to lift and install RV components as needed Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roof, awning, window, door, flooring, lighting, and other coach systems Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs efficiently and accurately Document work performed using company software Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every job Perform other related duties as assigned What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time, year-round employment Immediate opening Supportive team environment with experienced office staff behind you Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Ongoing professional development and training Specialty tools provided as needed Ready to build your career with one of Florida's growing mobile RV service companies?
