Responsibilities -
Service Advisor:
Give customers an outstanding experience Answer Phone Calls, Emails, and Drive In's to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention. Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail is critical. Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle. Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer. Follow up with Customers on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed. Qualifications and Requirements -
Service Advisor:
3 years of experience required Mazda experience a plus! Bilingual Spanish a Plus! Team Player Provide an exceptional customer experience Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to automotive maintenance and repair Reynolds Ignite experience preferred Mazda or Import experience is a plus X-Time experience preferred Retail automotive service experience, preferred Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized High School diploma or equivalent Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
