Job Overview Must have weekend/emergency availability. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass pre-hire & random drug tests. Must have communication skills to inform customers of timelines, etc. We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance/RV Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive and RV repair, with experience in electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and various maintenance procedures. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of RV systems to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. The Maintenance/RV Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within RVs & Restroom trailers Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools to complete repairs accurately Assemble and disassemble components for repair or replacement as needed Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to customers Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly Requirements Proven experience as an automotive or RV service technician; dealership or heavy-duty repair experience is a plus Strong electrical repair skills and knowledge of automotive electrical systems Mechanical knowledge across various systems including HVAC, and suspension Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic devices proficiently. Welding a plus. Experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair within RVs is desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse RV & Restroom trailer models with a team dedicated to quality service.
