• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Lincoln vehicles
• Accurately troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to factory standards
• Collaborate effectively with service advisors to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Stay current with Lincoln technical training and service bulletins Qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair expertise
• Proven ability to work independently with high efficiency
