FLEET TECHNICIAN

Entry-Level Mechanic Requirements Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. Execute basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery installations, and fluid top-offs. Conduct vehicle safety checks, identifying any safety concerns and necessary repairs. Develop skills in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Adhere to and maintain company safety standards and protocols. Effectively communicate with team members and customers, explaining repair needs and services performed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive training or prior entry-level experience is preferred. Willingness to work under the guidance of a lead technician and learn diagnostic procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
