  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team.
In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing complex automotive issues, interpreting schematics, and executing repairs with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle makes and models, including GM vehicles and diesel engines, utilizing your technical proficiency and mechanical knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Diagnose automotive problems using advanced diagnostics tools and interpret automotive wiring diagrams to identify issues accurately. Perform repairs on powertrain components, including transmissions, engines, and drivetrain systems, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to optimize handling and safety. Repair and maintain automotive electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and other electronic modules. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics effectively to complete repairs efficiently. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and offering professional auto estimating advice. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in an automotive repair environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with automotive wiring diagram interpretation, schematics, and ADAS technology. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software to perform repairs accurately. Ability to read and understand automotive service manuals and schematics thoroughly. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail during vehicle inspections and repairs. Valid mechanic license or certification preferred; relevant certifications such as ASE are a plus.
