DBA Eager Beaver Car Wash / Sparkling Image Car Wash is seeking an experienced Car Wash Maintenance Technician to support locations in our West Florida Region. This role requires regular travel between locations, including Fort Myers, Venice and Sarasota (and Orlando region when needed). Responsibilities Provide preventive maintenance for full-service automated conveyor car washes Perform tunnel repairs and install new equipment Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical systems Perform metal fabrication and welding as required Support daily operations to ensure quality service Travel between all stores in the assigned market Skill & Experience Minimum 5-10 years of advanced mechanical maintenance experience Experience with 3-phase high-voltage AC/DC electrical systems Journey-level plumbing and electrical maintenance skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Basic computer skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergency breakdowns Compensation & Benefits Overtime eligibility Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Maintenance vehicles, tools, and equipment provided Cell phone allowance Employee discounts on car wash and lube services Wash Depot Holdings, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V).
