Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required. Dealership experience is required. Experience with CDK Drive is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You'll Do Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs. Create repair orders using dealership software. Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence and integrity. Build trust while maximizing sales opportunities. Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Deliver an exceptional experience that earns repeat business, referrals, and outstanding CSI. Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure complete satisfaction.
