  • Position Specific Description
  • The Associate Fleet Program Specialist supports the Light Duty Fleet Department with the timely procurement, delivery, and administration of approved vehicles and upfitted equipment.
This role assists with vehicle design, specifications, database updates, fleet reporting, and coordination with business units, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure vehicles meet operational needs, company standards, and safety requirements. Responsibilities also include supporting maintenance and claim approvals, fuel and insurance card management, licensing and title processing, telematics updates, vehicle inspections, auction preparation, and system/data initiatives. The position requires strong customer service, accuracy in data entry, Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge, familiarity with Power BI, and the ability to multi-task, provide backup support, and assist with storm duty or other related responsibilities as assigned. This position is located at our Automotive Engineering Center in Riviera Beach, FL.

  • Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • + Develops policy for Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory compliance programs and provides direction for policy development that protects the fleet asset base + Administers fleet acquisition, disposal, operation, and maintenance program activities + Prepares fleet budget and monitors expenditures through effective contract management and repair review + Collaborates with management and program leads on developing vehicle standards which reduce expenses + Manages fuel card program with emphasis on cost control and exception reporting/compliance + Administers the development of equipment preventive maintenance programs to ensure the fleet functions at maximum effectiveness + Assists in the development and administration of driver policy procedures + Performs risk assessments of changes in administrative law, pending legislation, and DOT regulation, which could impact the fleet + Collaborates with supply chain business unit on contract administration, vendor evaluation and vendor relationship management + Supports storm and emergency planning activities + Meets attendance and storm duty requirements and works extended hours + Performs other job-related duties as assigned •Required Qualifications•+ High School Grad / GED +
