Commission (100% commission after 90-day ramp-up) Introduction We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established Toyota/Lexus specialty repair shop in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday opportunity offering a structured 90-day ramp-up pay plan followed by a 100% commission compensation model with strong earning potential. You'll work alongside a skilled, professional team in a clean, modern environment that values independence, customer service, and quality work. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process with professionalism and confidence. Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates using Shop-Ware . Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to maintain efficient workflow. Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly throughout the service process. Present maintenance and repair recommendations based on vehicle inspections and mileage. Maintain organized service documentation and a professional front office environment. Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on long-term relationships and trust. Qualifications 5 or more years of professional experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer. Experience with Toyota and Lexus vehicles is strongly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Shop-Ware or similar shop management software preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential:
$80,000•120,000+ annually.
