You'll be dealing directly with clients face to face, you'll be the face of the company with room for growth, and be a vital part of delivering top-notch vehicle maintenance and repair services directly at our clients' locations. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of mobile equipment, including trucks, forklifts, and other machinery at customer sites. Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot electrical systems accurately. Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, brake inspections, tire replacements, and fluid checks to keep equipment in optimal condition. Identify mechanical issues promptly through visual inspections and diagnostic testing, then develop effective repair plans. Maintain detailed service records, including repair logs, inspection reports, and parts used for each job to ensure transparency and accountability. Communicate clearly with clients about repair needs, timelines, and safety procedures to foster trust and satisfaction. Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee reliable operation. Skills Proven experience as a mechanic with a focus on mobile or on-site repairs. Strong understanding of electrical systems with the ability to use an ohmmeter for testing components. Excellent diagnostic skills combined with hands-on mechanical expertise. Ability to operate diagnostic tools and hand-held equipment safely and effectively. Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients and team members. Ability to work independently in various environments while managing multiple repair tasks efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently between job sites.
