Minimum Training & Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions What You Need A degree or certificate in Automotive or Diesel Technology — and one year of professional or personal automotive experience. A valid driver's license. Ability to get your Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement within 9 months of hire (free on the job CDL training). ASE Refrigerant Recovery & Recycling Certification (or able to earn within 6 months). Willing to complete Cummins QuickServe and in-house diagnostic training. Essential Duties, Responsibilities What You'll Do Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline engines, brakes, A/C, electrical, and more. Use laptop-based diagnostic software (Cummins, Allison, Wabco, etc.) to find and fix issues. Handle regular maintenance and manufacturer-recommended service.
