- Vacation, holidays, and sick time ✔ Boot Allowance & Safety Gear Reimbursement ✔ Training Through Amerit University ✔ ASE Certification Reimbursement & Bonuses ✔ Employee Referral Bonuses (Up to $500) ✔ Career Advancement Opportunities Nationwide What You'll Do Coordinate with Fleet manager in completing shift work Able to supervise 2 or more other employees, while working Must update work orders, close work orders, and work with drivers Must maintain, order, and update parts inventory Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and on a computer Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation required Inspect and perform work on the under parts of vehicles Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance Move parts to and from the job site and remove or install these parts on vehicle Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required What We're Looking For At least 5 years experience performing vehicle maintenance Must have fleet maintenance experience Must have DOT inspection experience ASE Certifications preferred EPA 608 Certification Preferred Commercial Driver's License class "A" or "B " preferred Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly Must provide own hand tools & toolbox.
