  • 150K+ in monthly sales Oversee workflow, technician dispatching, and shop efficiency Track and manage key metrics (car count, ARO, GP, productivity) Hold team accountable and ensure smooth daily operations Support and develop other advisors Identify problems and bring solutions with a plan What We're Looking For (Read Carefully) We are only considering candidates who meet the following: 5+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an independent shop Experience in a shop doing $3M•5M+ annual revenue Strong knowledge of shop metrics and KPIs Experience with Tekmetric (preferred) Proven ability to consistently produce $100K+/month Leadership experience (or acting manager responsibilities)
