Universal Auto Glass, Inc. - Front Office Representative (Customer Service, Sales & Fleet Billing Support) -
Full-Time Location:
Lithia Springs, GA (On-site)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Full-Time Universal Auto Glass, Inc. is hiring a full-time front office professional who can handle both customer-facing front desk responsibilities and fleet account billing support . This is a fast-paced auto glass shop environment— not a sit-and-answer-phones-only position. Minimum Requirements (to apply) 1+ year experience in most of the areas below (front desk, customer service, scheduling, sales support, invoicing/AR, or similar office operations) Reliable transportation Dependable, responsible, accountable, and punctual Comfortable in a high-volume, multitask environment Strong communication skills + basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling) Primary Responsibilities (Customer Service & Sales) Answer incoming calls and book/close appointments Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally Provide pricing and service information; schedule jobs accurately Process payments and maintain job documentation Communicate clearly on parts ordering and service timelines Secondary Responsibilities (Fleet Support / AR Assistance) Assist with fleet invoicing, statements, and follow-up Track and document payment status and communications Support basic Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable tasks (training on our process provided) Communicate professionally with B2B contacts and fleet managers Maintain organized records for accuracy and accountability Pay $13-$16 per hour (based on experience and performance) Paid working interview required To Apply Email your resume and best contact number to: info@universalautoglassinc.
