Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Tech. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical repairs with a minimum of 2 years experience ensuring that you deliver high quality service to our clients. This role requires Mechanical Tech Experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services. Handle accurately and ensure proper documentation of all services rendered. Foster a positive work attitude by addressing customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided. Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies while promoting a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years Mechanical Service Tech role. Familiarity with RV industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Certification as a mechanic or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
