Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Tire Worker, also known as the Tire Guy, to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be the backbone of tire installation, repair, and maintenance operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will help deliver top-notch service to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Remove and install tires on various vehicle types, including passenger cars and light trucks Perform tire repairs such as patching or replacing damaged tires efficiently and safely Assist with wheel alignments and basic vehicle maintenance tasks like oil changes and fluid replacements Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to carry out tire service procedures accurately Conduct minor mechanical repairs related to tires, brakes, suspension, and other vehicle systems Maintain cleanliness of work area, organize tools, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions professionally Experience Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars or light trucks is highly valued Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, wheel alignments, and tire service techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment safely and effectively Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing manual tasks throughout the workday Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to assist clients confidently Join our team where your skills will be valued!
