About the Service Advisor Role As our Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers from start to finish. You'll translate customer concerns into clear repair needs, coordinate with technicians, and provide honest, transparent service to ensure each customer leaves satisfied.
Experience Preferred:
3-5 years as a Service Advisor (Automotive)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday — No Weekends ️ Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and document details accurately Communicate clearly between customers and technicians Build trust and long-term relationships through excellent service 2. Service Coordination Schedule, confirm, and organize service appointments Gather vehicle history, symptoms, and service needs Recommend maintenance and repairs following manufacturer guidelines Ensure technicians have accurate information for diagnosis 3. Estimates & Approvals Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor Explain repair needs in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms Obtain customer approval before work begins Maintain transparency throughout the repair process 4. Repair Order & Workflow Management Create and manage repair orders in the shop management system Document all services performed and parts used Coordinate job flow to ensure timely repairs Maintain clear communication with technicians 5. Customer Satisfaction Follow up after service visits Resolve customer concerns professionally Strive to exceed expectations at every step What We're Looking For 3-5 years of Service Advisor experience (preferred) Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Working knowledge of automotive systems (not technician‑level) Proficiency with computer systems & shop software Positive, team‑oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent Benefits & Perks Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Professional, Friendly Work Environment Career‑Long Training & Development Ready for a Better Shop?
