Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule appointments and more. Greet customers and answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and keep customers informed of changes Upon service work completion, review work order with the customer to ensure all they are satisfied Perform other duties as requested Qualifications -

Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

Auto Dealership Service Advisor experience is required Good customer service, computer and communication skills Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations Thrives in a fast-paced team environment A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance Valid driver's license and insurance
