Responsibilities:
Professionally install spray-in bed liners for trucks according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Prepare truck beds and surfaces for installation, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and other required preparation. Apply spray-in bed liner materials to trucks evenly and consistently for a high-quality, durable finish. Inspect completed installations to ensure proper coverage, texture, adhesion, and appearance. Safely operate and maintain spray-in bed liner equipment, tools, and related materials. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines when handling equipment and materials. Protect vehicles and surrounding surfaces from overspray and damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform quality checks and correct any imperfections before vehicles are delivered. Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Communicate professionally with management and team members regarding job status, materials, and any concerns. Assist with other accessory installation or shop duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous professional experience installing spray-in bed liners for trucks is required. Strong knowledge of truck bed surface preparation, masking, spraying, and finishing techniques. Experience with professional spray equipment and automotive tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new products and techniques.
