You Must Have:

Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience Required. Ford Experience a Plus Excellent customer service and time management skills Ability to work Saturday's when required Experience with

Reynolds & Reynolds Preferred Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Responsibilities Include:

Greeting customers on service drive and discussing repair needs Creating work orders and communicating specifics to technicians for repairs Discussing repair needs and costs with customers to get approvals Keeping in contact with customers to make sure they are up to date on their repair situation Ability to juggle Dozens ++ of customers / repairs at one time. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace Must have clear understanding of vehicle repairs and be able to communicate those repairs clearly and concisely to the customers. Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
