Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential maintenance services, including tire installation, rotation, balancing, and oil changes, ensuring vehicles operate smoothly and reliably. Your mechanical expertise will contribute to the overall health of our customers' vehicles while providing excellent service that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements to maintain optimal vehicle performance Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, belt replacements, and basic engine diagnostics Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance to the office manager Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Requirements Prior automotive service experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive diagnostics required Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs needed Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment necessary for vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle parts safely during service procedures Strong and clear communication abilities Positive attitude and willing to work as a team Valid driver's license Join us as a Tire and Lube Technician and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care.
