Automotive Service Advisor

That's our purpose and our passion at Honest-1 Auto Care. This position is based at our highly successful East Cobb location, which has been open for over 10 years and has an established customer base.

Service Advisor Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
• Communicate with customers about their vehicle's service needs and provide accurate estimates
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
