Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, carpentry, handy-man, HVAC OR similar experience with the ability to work on various systems within recreational vehicles. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining RVs to ensure they are safe and operational for our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and brake systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various components such as interiors, exterior, suspensions, and appliances. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for repairs. Align and plumb systems to meet manufacturer specifications. Document all repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, preferably with RVs or similar vehicles.
OR Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, brake repair, and general mechanical skills OR Strong background in construction with experience in electrical/plumbing systems. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry trends.
