Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure customers are satisfied Maintain high CSI score Other duties may be assigned Requirements•
