Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Paint Primer, Bedliner, and Suspension Parts Paint Technician on the Day shift,M-F 6am-3pm w/OT and Saturday as needed per work load. In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle customization and repair, applying high-quality primers, bedliners, and specialized paints to suspension components and other automotive parts. Your expertise will help ensure vehicles not only look great but also perform reliably. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about auto body work, auto painting, and customized trucks to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Prepare automotive surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primers, bedliners, and suspension parts paint using spray guns, power tools, or hand tools with precision and consistency. Operate and maintain spray booths and painting equipment safely and efficiently. Perform quality checks on painted parts to meet company standards for finish and durability. Assist with auto body parts prep as needed. Conduct light mechanical tasks such as lifting of parts and using hand tools or power tools for disassembly/assembly purposes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift. Requirements Previous experience in auto body repair, auto painting, or automotive surface paint prep is required. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,DA sanders, paint spraying equipment, buffing machines, and other automotive finishing tools. Ability to perform lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job throughout the shift. Strong understanding of auto paint prep procedures, auto priming, and detailing procedures are necessary . Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in auto painting or auto body repair will set you apart as a top candidate.
