We have an amazing opportunity to bring on board 2 sales people right away that understand how our island works with making sure we take care of our clients and most importantly understands how to follow up with customers. We are seeing a very high demand for our Acura products this year and the used car market is doing great with the support of steady inventory coming from our buying centers in Honolulu. We have all the banks to get all customers approved, service shop on site to make sure vehicles are safe/serviced and the fact that we are not some big mainland company trying to learn the way we do business here in Maui. Job Overview As the little big guys here in Maui we are looking for someone that understands the value of working closely with a sales manager and finance manager to ensure everything possible is done to help our clients get into our vehicles. Responsibilities Great Attitude and somone that understands the value of working in a positive environment place. Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, utilizing excellent communication skills and public speaking abilities Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with B2B (business-to-business) sales experience preferred Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership operations is highly helpful Excellent organizational skills, retail math proficiency, and a solid understanding of automotive industry standards are essential Experience in public speaking or marketing can enhance your ability to connect with clients effectivelyasf Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for cars and customer service is key
