In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate maintenance and repair services, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving service sales. You will work closely with technicians to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, ensuring customers understand the scope of work Prepare detailed auto estimates for services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, alignments, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Manage service writing processes accurately while handling cash transactions and maintaining proper records Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures to advise customers confidently Skills Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing to produce accurate work orders and invoices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Familiarity with automotive repair processes including oil changes, auto body repairs, tire services, and more advanced repairs like diesel engine work or auto estimating Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience working as a service technician or in automotive repair environments Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while managing multiple customer interactions efficiently This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about automotive technology who thrive in a customer-focused environment.
