Full-Time Position Summary:
McGrath Chevyland is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering the high-quality service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostics and identify necessary repairs. Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and customers. Order and install the correct parts required for each repair. Complete all repairs efficiently and to manufacturer specifications. Follow dealership and OEM guidelines for safety and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of automotive technician/mechanic experience required. Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
