Commercial Fleet Technician

  • 200,000+ annual earning potential Flat-rate pay + performance incentives Monday-Friday | No weekends A growing commercial fleet service operation is hiring an experienced technician to work on a wide variety of fleet vehicles and equipment.
This is not a traditional automotive-only role. The shop services Class 1-7 vehicles, Ford commercial trucks, diesel and gas vehicles, municipal/government fleets, all-makes fleet vehicles, EVs, motorhomes/RVs, and other commercial equipment. What They're Looking For Strong diagnostic and repair experience Commercial, fleet, diesel, or automotive technician background Power Stroke experience is a plus Ford experience or certification is strongly preferred, but not required Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience preferred Valid driver's license Professional, team-oriented attitude Our Work Mix You'll see considerably more variety than in a typical retail service department: Ford commercial vehicles All-makes fleet vehicles Class 1-7 vehicles Power Stroke diesel Gas engine repair EV / high-voltage Municipal and government fleets National fleet accounts Preventive maintenance programs Brakes, tires, steering, and suspension Electrical and drivability diagnostics Engine and transmission repair Allison transmission service Motorhomes and RVs Warranty and customer-pay repairs Commercial fleet inspections and maintenance Why Consider It $100K
