Who we're looking for: You're the tech other techs bring their head-scratchers to. You love chasing down a gremlin, you trust your process, and you can flat-out run at an A level. Electrical and driveability don't intimidate you — they're your favorite part. What you'll do: Diagnose driveability, electrical, and systems issues on domestic + import vehicles Knock out clean, thorough digital vehicle inspections (we're paperless on tablets) Fix it right the first time — that's the standard Work alongside our service advisor and remote diagnostic support to keep jobs flowing What you bring: 3-5 years of hands-on diagnostic/repair experience Strong electrical + driveability skills ASE certs? Love to see it — but not a dealbreaker if you've got the skills Your own tools + a valid driver's license and clean record (we run a loaner fleet) A good attitude and a team-first mindset What we bring: Flat-rate pay with a tiered plan — $30-$42/flat rate, based on experience and certifications — plus incentives when we hit our numbers (yes, that includes team steak dinners when we crush a sales goal) Health & dental — we cover 80% of your premium Vision — we cover 100% 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (80 hrs/yr after 90 days) Modern equipment, Tekmetric software, and a shop that's set up to let you produce Monday-Friday, 8-5, with a 1-hour lunch.
