Job Description
If you are an automotive professional who is looking for a terrific work environment, we want to meet you! We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing basic and advanced truck maintenance and repair tasks on a fleet of 24 Chevy and Ford trucks (light & medium duty trucks) Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Track and perform preventative maintenance and complete minor repairs on fleet including oil changes, brake system repairs, tire changes, and standard repairs Performs skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems Inspect, replace and/or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on light and medium duty trucks Minor body work - headlights, latches, doors etc Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area We are looking for: A minimum of 2 years' auto repair / maintenance experience in a professional capacity Night and Weekend availability is a must ASE Certification preferred, but not required Complete basic tool set preferred Valid driver's license Ability to operate and drive vehicles Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to obtain certification to perform Federal Annual Inspections, employer paid
