What You'll Do Partner with Sales and Service leadership to manage used vehicle reconditioning goals, workflow, quality standards, and turnaround times. Inspect trade-ins and auction purchases to identify required mechanical, safety, cosmetic, and reconditioning work. Review vehicles for open safety recalls and document applicable repair needs. Prepare and review reconditioning estimates for labor, parts, timing, and overall vehicle investment. Coordinate repairs, detailing, vendor work, and quality-control checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership safety and appearance standards. Track each vehicle throughout the reconditioning process and help maintain the goal of completing vehicles within 72 hours. Coordinate vehicle photos and online listing details with the appropriate dealership teams. Monitor reconditioning quality, productivity, and vendor performance, and communicate updates to Sales and Service leadership. Support a collaborative culture while helping resolve workflow or quality concerns. What You'll Bring 1+ years experience in automotive service, used vehicle operations, reconditioning, or a related dealership environment. Knowledge of vehicle inspections, repair estimates, parts, labor, and reconditioning processes. Strong organization while managing priorities Comfort tracking vehicle status, costs, deadlines, and reconditioning progress. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
