Job Description

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy duty trucks and trailers Perform repairs and maintenance on wheel ends, brake systems, and air suspension systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical and diagnostic issues Service cooling systems and air conditioning systems Perform oil changes, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections Repair and replace tires as needed Conduct DOT inspections and identify needed repairs to ensure compliance Complete work orders and service documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and service standards Communicate repair needs and job status with management and team members Qualifications Previous experience in heavy duty truck and trailer repair preferred Strong knowledge of commercial truck and trailer systems Experience with brakes, wheel ends, suspension, electrical, and diagnostics Ability to perform preventative maintenance and inspections Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred CDL is a plus, if applicable Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy parts and tools with or without assistance Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a shop environment for extended periods Ability to work in varying temperatures and around heavy equipment Ability to safely use tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, and shop machinery What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits package available Paid time off 401(k) with company match Training and advancement opportunities Team-oriented work environment #INDEEDMSVTM
