Body Shop / Classic Car Restoration Technician Position About Us T&S Custom Cars specializes in classic car restoration, hot rods, and custom automotive builds. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, bringing vintage vehicles back to life for our customers. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Body Shop / Classic Car Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive bodywork, fabrication, panel replacement, and paint preparation, with a strong passion for classic and custom vehicles. Responsibilities Perform rust repair, panel replacement, and metal fabrication on classic and custom vehicles Prep and finish surfaces for paint, including sanding, filler work, and primer application Fit and align body panels, doors, hoods, and trim to factory or custom specs Assist with disassembly and reassembly of vehicles during restoration projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality results on schedule Qualifications 2+ years of automotive body shop or restoration experience (classic car background preferred) Skilled in welding, grinding, and panel repair/replacement Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have own tools (specialty equipment provided by shop) Valid driver's license Pay & Benefits $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE) Steady full-time work schedule Opportunity to work on high-end classic and custom car builds Positive team environment with a focus on craftsmanship and pride in work How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or submit your resume in person at: T&S Custom Cars 930 East Lincoln Road Idaho Falls, ID 83401
