Role Description The Automotive Customer Service role is a part-time, on-site position located at Fire Guys Tinting in Antioch, IL. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about window tinting services and products, and helping schedule appointments. The role involves managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. The team member will support the smooth operation of the vehicle tinting process and ensure the waiting area remains clean and welcoming. This position requires consistent, friendly customer interaction and a focus on creating a positive experience for every visitor. Potential opportunity to have a dual role in customer service and vehicle prep. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
