Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for a dependable, motivated Technician to join our team in Belleville, Illinois. We are open to technicians with a wide range of experience, from entry-level candidates who are willing to learn to highly experienced technicians looking for competitive pay. The ideal candidate is hardworking, mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to troubleshoot problems efficiently. Pay will be based on experience, technical ability, certifications, and the type of work the candidate is qualified to perform. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections Identify problems and determine appropriate repairs Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Maintain accurate records of work performed Communicate effectively with customers and team members Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Previous technician, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, automotive, or related experience is preferred but not required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to use basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and procedures Valid driver's license preferred Relevant certifications or specialized training are a plus Pay & Advancement $15-$50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Entry-level candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. Experienced technicians with advanced troubleshooting skills, certifications, and specialized knowledge may qualify for higher pay.
