Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance, with experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely. Candidates with dealership experience and expertise in modern automotive systems are highly preferred. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrain, suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical systems. Service vehicle systems such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, shocks & struts, and wheel balancing. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, or replace parts. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate findings clearly to customers or service advisors. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Skills Proven experience with automotive diagnostics and repair across various systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, and electrical components. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools effectively. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for complex repairs involving automotive electrical systems. Knowledge of engine repair, oil change procedures, wheel alignment techniques, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, and vehicle maintenance routines. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
