Job Description

Overview:
We are in need of a Technician/Mechanic experienced in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and completing repair work to manufacturer standards. A strong understanding of diagnostic tools, shop safety practices, and quality control is essential. What You'll Be Doing:
Performing routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and inspections. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using industry-standard tools and equipment. Completing accurate, high-quality repairs in alignment with manufacturer and shop standards. Communicating clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently while upholding a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Following all shop safety protocols and documentation requirements. What You'll Bring with
You:
Basic understanding of automotive systems; experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and/or digital inspections are a plus. Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license is strongly preferred. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands.
